We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public  holidays.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days although during busy times this may increase by an extra day or two. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery although this is often sooner. If you need your order urgently, please contact us by  email with the requirements and we will do our best.

For orders of more than one product, please contact us by email to get a specific price as this varies enormously from country to country and depending on size as well. We will give you the estimate asap and you can pay this by adding the required additional postage to your check-out basket.


Furniture delivery costs will be priced individually, please see each item for estimated delivery time and shipping cost.

Delivery & Tracking

All orders are shipped by registered mail and will require a signature on delivery.

A shipping email will be sent with the tracking number once collected from us.

All deliveries will be made on a business day and within business hours,  please ensure that you enter a delivery address where there will be someone to sign on delivery.

Should there be no answer, the courier will leave a note with further instructions. If the courier has been unsuccessful in delivering the order and it is returned to us, there may be an additional charge for re-posting the order again.

We can only accept claims within 3 weeks of the shipping day.


If you change your mind or not happy with the product, no problem! We happily take back any unwanted item but it must be in it’s original condition and undamaged packaging.
